The certified repair network

Every restored part
gets proof.
Every replaced part gets counted.

CPR is the system behind Plasnomic's plastic repair network. Bumpers, headlights, trim - every repaired part carries a permanent PlastID: a verifiable passport that proves the repair and tallies what it saved, month after month.

Why it's different

Everyone tracks jobs. CPR certifies parts.

One permanent PlastID

Every part gets a numeric identity for life, minted the moment it enters the network. Not per job - per part.

A passport, not a paper trail

Repairs, photos, methods and times attach to the part as lifecycle events. The history travels with it.

Public verification

Anyone with the number can pull the certificate: before photo, after photo, certifying shop. No login.

Proof that rolls up

Jobs become monthly reports: money saved, kilograms of plastic diverted, CO₂ avoided - per shop, per insurer, per tech.

How it works

From workshop floor to public proof

01

The part gets its identity

A part is registered - vehicle, part type, OEM number - and the system mints its permanent PlastID before any work begins.

02

The repair is logged onto it

The shop manager records the repair on their phone - photos, method, materials, start and end time - stamped into the part’s passport as a certified event.

03

Anyone verifies, everything counts

The public registry proves the repair; the network report proves repair beats replacement.

Repair beats replacement. Now prove it.
